1. No Guaranteed Results Disclaimer

While we aim to deliver the best possible outcomes, marketing results are not guaranteed. Factors such as market conditions, audience behavior, ad platform changes, and client cooperation can impact performance.

Refunds will not be issued based solely on performance dissatisfaction.

2. Service-Based Refund Terms

Because our services are digital and time-based:

  • Once work has started, no refunds will be issued.
    • If the project has not yet started, you may request a refund within 24 hours of payment.
    • If work has already begun (strategy, onboarding, ad setup, content planning, or consultations), the payment is non-refundable.

3. Monthly Retainers & Subscriptions

For monthly services:

  • Payments are billed in advance.
    • Once a new billing cycle begins, no refunds will be issued for that month.
    • You may cancel future services by providing 7 days’ written notice before your next billing date.

4. Custom Packages & One-Time Services

All custom packages, audits, ad setups, funnels, content calendars, and consultations are:

  • Non-refundable once delivered or started
    • Non-transferable to other clients

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure success, clients must provide:
• Timely access to required accounts
• Accurate business information
• Prompt approvals and feedback

Delays caused by the client do not qualify for a refund.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only if:
• We fail to deliver the agreed services entirely
• There is a clear breach of contract from our side

Any approved refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage clients to contact us before filing any chargebacks.
Unresolved disputes may result in immediate service suspension.
